Design consultation
A paid one-on-one conversation ($250 plus HST) about your vision, your space, your budget and how you actually live in your home. If you hire us, the full amount is credited to your first invoice. If you don't, there is no pressure to continue. If we're a fit, you get a fixed design fee in writing.
Design and planning
You receive full plans, curated material selections and a clear project timeline. Every decision is shown visually before anything is ordered. The design phase takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the project.
Execution and handover
We guide every step, from contractor coordination to the final finishing touches, so the result is what you pictured, and often better.

Custom millwork is where most renovations are won or lost. We design it as part of your project, with a Canadian-made range for short lead times and a fully custom range when the project calls for more.
