Common questions
What do I receive with e-design?
You receive a recommended layout, full material, fixture and finish selections with sourcing details, and drawings your contractor can price and build from. Follow-up video calls and answers come as the project goes.
How does my contractor use the e-design package?
Your contractor prices the work from the drawings, orders from the selections list and builds from the plan. If anything is unclear on site, we answer questions on a follow-up call so the design is built as drawn.
What do I need to send you?
Photos of your space and measurements. We walk you through how to take them on our video consultation, and we ask follow-up questions if anything is missing.
Can you design a project outside Ontario?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. We design the layout, materials and look. Your contractor is responsible for local building codes and permits, since those differ by province and city.
